  6.   This is a small tool to convert the dictionaries  comming  with  the
  7.   demo version of the "LS Dictionary v3 DEMO" (/biz/dbase/lsdict3.lha)
  8.   © NHL, 1996. Maybe you can also convert the files comming  with  the
  9.   full version, but I didn't had the possibility to test this.

  11.   USAGE:
  12.   Just give the name of the LSD-datafile as  first  argument  and  the
  13.   name   of  the  DITO  destination-file  as  second,  e.g.  "LSD2DITO
  14.   LSD_E-E.dat LSD_English.voc".
